Credit Analysis

Over $12 billion worth of loans underwriting based on Prima’s longstanding specialty of originating investments in which the underlying property can be thoroughly analyzed, including major tenant lease reviews, property inspections, physical condition and environmental analysis, and in-place cash flow analysis.


A very close and well knit team with deep experience of real estate debt markets. The experience of principals ranges from 20 to 40 years and hence have invested very successfully through many market cycles. The principals of Prima do the actual work and make decisions on every buy and sell in the portfolio.

Market Access

Prima’s team has developed deep networks with some of the major Wall Street firms involved with CRE debt along with national and regional mortgage brokers. Prima principals are involved directly with these relationships and can make quick decisions, making Prima an attractive proposition for borrowers.
